A telephone consultation for starters
Our commitment to getting things right starts before you sign up. If you are seriously considering coaching, we suggest a no-obligation telephone consultation with us. We can then explore what you want from coaching, and how we can best work together.
We can discuss how video coaching, telephone coaching or email coaching can support you. And if meeting us personally makes a difference, we can discuss that too.
Coachplus gets to know you, and what you want
One client’s goals are clear from the outset. Another client faces many issues, and can’t prioritise or focus. You may be seeking a virtual mentor rather than a coach – a virtual mentor who can guide you, from experience, behind-the-scenes. In the process of understanding what matters to you, we may help you understand this better for yourself.
Arranging telephone coaching sessions
Most clients set up a programme of telephone coaching sessions, eg monthly, to help them manage a specific situation. Or there is on-demand coaching, which takes place when you need it. Sessions outside standard (UK) working hours are possible by agreement.
If you would like Coachplus to provide additional consulting services, we agree these with you on a case-by-case basis.
Your confidentiality is assured
We never pass on client information without permission.
Occasionally, clients may want Coachplus to work with key members of their team. Eg to help team members align behind a shared business goal. If you want to involve other people, we will first agree with you the basis on which we communicate with them.
